I recently had the opportunity to be given a massage by Nayda Maymi. The timing was perfect. Late the previous night i had put my 10 month old daughter to sleep in her crib and somehow i must have twisted the wrong way and i felt this pain and extreme tightening of my back muscles. The next day i went to see Nayda. She worked my muscles and I felt like myself from the moment i got off the table. I went to A-Soulage with a migraine and a basic desire to hide from any light or sound. Not a feasible task living in New York. So I chose a massage instead. I felt like my body melted on her table.I left her massage room with a smile and an incredible desire to sleep.
